MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Detailed description of goods and/or services Victory Lab is a business in the Retail industry.
2. The delivery fee will be displayed during the ordering checkout process, but before checkout has been finalized. Delivery policy Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and delivery confirmed by tracking number from Fastway couriers or Dawn Wing Courier Services.
We will notify you via email as to the process of your order.
Upon delivery or collection of your order a delivery/collection note will be issued for signature, reflecting the Items that are being delivered or collected, delivery fees, Value-Added Tax and the amount paid.
You should always check that the items being collected or delivered are correct and are free from any defects. Should the packaging be damaged and you accept the order without fully inspecting the items you should add a note on the delivery note stipulating that the packaging was damaged, or items were not inspected. Where there is an issue with the items detected after acceptance of the order, you should notify us via email without delay in order for us to be aware of any issues with the items and in order for arrangements to be made for the items to be returned and refunded.
3. The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Victory Lab is subject to availability. Should you not be satisfied with any item/s purchased on our website, you may return for refund, credit or exchange unused items in a saleable condition within 30 (thirty) calendar days, subject to producing proof of purchase (invoice or delivery note) via our courier services.

Should any items purchased on our website be defective, these Items, if unaltered, may be returned for refund or replacement (where stock is available).
Due to health reasons, we do not accept returns on items such as costumes, socks, underwear, and jewellery.
In cases of unavailability, Victory Lab will refund the client in full within 30 days. You may cancel your order prior to us sending you the order shipping notification. Should you cancel orders after we have sent out the order shipping notification a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. Customer Privacy policy
Victory Lab shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club International & American Express.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Victory Lab via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Victory Lab separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
Victory Lab takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Victory Lab chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
12. Variation
Victory Lab may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
13. Company information This website is run by Spice Island Trading (Pty) Ltd based in South Africa trading as Victory Lab and with registration number 2002/019657/07 and Director: Nino Chidoni.
